Building a home shouldn’t be a roller coaster ride of surprises and unexpected costs. From the moment you sign your Housing Industry Association (HIA) Building Agreement and the relevant statutory authority has approved the construction of your home, your price will be absolute and final. No excuses. No hidden extras. No surprises. Just one fixed price. Guaranteed.**Only applies to readily accessible land where our complete site due diligence may be conducted (excludes unregistered land and knock-down, rebuild contracts). Please note that where specific engineering reports are required to complete site due diligence (such as Geotechnical, Hydraulic, Acoustic, Flood and Bushfire requirements) which, in some instances, may only be obtained after the signing of your HIA Building Agreement, the final fixed price amount will be guaranteed AFTER receipt of such engineering reports and design but ALWAYS fixed prior to the commencement of construction.

At Hudson Homes, we think they’re necessities, not upgrades, and that’s why our standard inclusions packages include everything from air conditioning to raised ceiling heights, from a tiled outdoor alfresco to carpet and tiles throughout, and of course, all our homes include site costs as standard because you just can’t build a home without them.* Site costs for a standard, cleared residential block with up to 1m fall across the building platform and tup to M class slab.

We Can Come To You
We know how busy you are and how important a decision buying a new home is for you. If you are too busy or you are unable to visit one of our display homes, that’s ok - we will come to you.
We offer a convenient “home delivery service” where we can arrange for one of our New Home Consultants or Property Investment Specialists to visit you at a time and place that’s most convenient for you, whether it be in the evening after the kids have gone to bed or even on the weekends. We work with you to ensure your building experience is as simple and enjoyable as possible.

Open Communication Throughout
With our aim of providing every customer with a delightful and rewarding experience, we strive for regular and clear communication at all times. Your dedicated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is always available to you to address any questions or concerns you may have. Should you have any further issues, you are always welcome to speak directly with management.
Once you have accepted your Tender, you will be allocated your very own personal CRM who will keep in touch with you throughout the entire building process. Your CRM will send you regular progress updates so that you are always kept in the loop: from council lodgements and construction updates, right through to final inspections and handover. We provide further transparency through our Hudson Homes Customer Portal, where you are able to monitor the progress of your home construction in detail.
